ESCON FLAT BELTS ARE MANUFACTURED WITH SYMMETRICALLY SET COTTON WOVEN HARD DUCK FABRICS WHICH ARE INFUSED WITH SPECIAL RUBBER COMPOUND. THE TRANSMISSION BELT IS PRE STRETCHED AND POSSES THE REQUIRED ELASTICITY . The Edges of the transmission belt are treated and special quoting is done to prevent ingress of moisture and prevent edge wear.

ESCON  DELUXE ( 31 OZ) AND ESCON SUPER DELUXE (34 OZ) transmission belts are made from HARD DUCK SPECIAL COTTON fabrics conforming to BIS 1370: 1993 (Specification) .
